7 new updates to our florist websites

Autumn is officially here and it brings us a brand new seasonal collection, a rich colour scheme and fabulous new updates our eflora florist websites...

Our October updates include;

  • Changes to the Finishing Touches page so that if there isn’t a suitable add-on to compliment the product a customer has selected, they will not be presented with the finishing touches page when placing their order - improving the user experience for customers e.g. customers placing an order for a sympathy or funeral occasion.

  • Streamlining the funeral order journey so that when a customer chooses a funeral product, the occasion will automatically be applied meaning fewer clicks for the customer and an improved order journey.

  • Removing the ‘Next’ button after a customer has selected their product size and colour, leading to an increase in order conversion for our eflora subscribers.

  • Introducing a new trust banner on each of our florist website’s homepage highlighting their unique selling points (USPs) and why customers should shop with them, take a look at the example below.

  • We’ve made it easier for subscribers to spot a click and collect order on their ROSEGold job sheet by adding ‘Collect:’ to the ‘Delivery Information’ field.

  • Getting set up with a Trust Pilot widget on an eflora site is so much easier now that we’ve added a simple code to Myeflora.

  • *Interflora Florists* All of our eflora websites for florists are now seamlessly integrated with Interflora’s Product Information Management system so that any changes that are made to the Interflora website will be reflected on their website straight away, including peak prices and product updates!

We know that these changes will be hugely beneficial to both our eflora florists and their customers. We can’t wait to see their improved performance stats! Stay tuned for our final development updates of 2023 coming in November which will include more Click and Collect enhancements and a brand new ‘Meet Your Florist’ feature which will help to reinforce that ‘shop local’ message to customers when visiting one of our florist's websites.
