How does it work?

It's simple! The website portal enables you to view your orders and track your drivers, and then using the Smartphone app, you simply click, scan, snap and swipe!

You'll then be presented with an optimised delivery route for your driver and your customers will receive an email personalised with your shops details that includes a picture of their gift and a 90 minute delivery slot, just like the examples below.



When your driver has arrived at the delivery address, they simply click the relevant order in the app, select the delivery outcome (delivered, delivered to a neighbour, delivered to a safe place or delivery failed), snap a picture of the product as it’s delivered to the recipient or where it’s been left and swipe! This will trigger an automatic email to the customer letting them know that their gift has been delivered or left in a safe place with a photo – what a great service for your customers!


How do I sign up?

This technology is exclusively available for Interflora members and is only compatible with an eflora florist website! If you're an Interflora member and you don't have an eflora website (why wouldn't you?!) then you can still use the delivery tech but you'll have to manually input your website orders into the system.

How much will this cost me?
