Here at eflora we're always looking for ways to make our florist websites even better so that we can generate even more sales for our subscribers. Over the course of 2025, we've been working in the background on some rather fabulous new updates and we're pleased to say that they successfully launched on all sites earlier this week!

Here's what the new updates will bring our florists;

🖱️ A streamlined homepage layout. We've reduced the number of visible products on subscriber's homepages to improve clarity and focus on what customers are buying.

🌸 Add descriptive details to local product names in Myeflora to easily identify different versions of the same product. For example, a product listed as 'Summer Gift Box' on a website can now include details such as Pastel, Vibrant, or Florist’s Choice. If the customer selects the pastel variant of the Summer Gift Box, the florist will see 'Summer Gift Box - Pastel' on the job sheet, making it immediately clear what the customer has requested.

📆 Schedule start and end dates for local products in Myeflora. This new feature gives florists the ability to upload and schedule products in advance and automatically remove them from their site after a specified date - perfect for peaks and seasonal designs! At the same time, florists can now also assign a product to specific categories  - no need for lots of manual updates!

📏 Standard homepage banner sizing across all eflora sites, web browsers and devices, creating a more consistent and professional look and feel.

📱 Pinch and zoom functionality for product images on mobile. A small feature with a big impact on customer experience. Being able to zoom in on a product image enables website visitors to take a closer look at the product, just like picking up a product in a florist's shop to have a closer look. It also helps with accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring everyone can interact with the product imagery in a way that suits their needs.

🍞 Breadcrumb navigation trails for website visitors using a mobile device to help users understand their location on a website and easily navigate to previous pages.

🪲 Plus, two bug fixes to improve a customer's journey when using an eflora florist website.
