It's been a few months since we last bought some new updates to our websites for florists. Our subscribers have been waiting patiently and Justine and Amanda (meet the team) have been working hard in the background to bring a fabulous new update to all eflora websites for florists:
⭐ Google Reviews are now even more prominent on our websites for florists. In March we bought 7 new updates for all of our florist websites where we introduced florists' Google Review star rating to their website's homepage. This time we're going one further and displaying their full Google Reviews in a scrollable carousel format, featuring;
Customer name
Star rating
Review text
Customer location
And time since the review was posted.
For customers accessing an eflora website for florists on desktop, they'll see up to four customer reviews on the homepage underneath the 'Meet the Florist' section and mobile customers will see one review at a time. Plus, customers will now be able to see a florist's latest Google Reviews on every product page too! By improving the visibility of customer reviews across our florist websites', we aim to increase trust and customer confidence throughout the shopping journey.
